New Triple-Threat inhaler tested for teen asthma control
NCT ID NCT05776927
Summary
This study aims to see if a new once-daily inhaler containing three medicines (QVM149) works better and is as safe as a common twice-daily inhaler for controlling asthma in teenagers. It will involve about 304 participants aged 12 to 18 whose asthma is not fully controlled on their current high-dose inhaler. The study will last about 60 weeks, comparing how well the two treatments improve lung function and daily symptoms.
