Summary
This study aimed to find the best next step for adults with asthma that remains uncontrolled despite using standard medium-dose inhalers. Researchers planned to compare two approaches: increasing the steroid dose in the current inhaler versus adding a third medication to create 'triple therapy.' The trial was designed as a real-world study across multiple hospitals but was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
