Summary
This study aimed to better understand the real-world situation of adults in Germany with severe, uncontrolled asthma. It observed 19 patients for 12 months to track their symptoms, medication use (especially steroid pills), and quality of life using questionnaires and health records. The goal was to learn how environmental factors and different types of healthcare support affect these patients.
