Simple stretches show promise for easier breathing in asthma
NCT ID NCT07331662
Summary
This study tested whether two different types of stretching exercises could help adults with asthma breathe more easily. Researchers compared chest-focused stretches with side-bending stretches over four weeks to see which improved chest expansion, reduced shortness of breath, and increased oxygen levels. The goal was to find practical exercises that could help people with asthma manage daily symptoms and feel better.
