Summary
This study aims to understand how mucus blockages in the airways affect breathing in people with severe asthma. Researchers will use advanced MRI scans to measure lung function in 5 patients before and after they start standard biologic therapy. The goal is to gather knowledge about how these treatments might help clear mucus and improve breathing.
