Summary
This study tested whether a smartphone app that lets people with asthma report their symptoms between doctor visits can improve their quality of life. Over 400 adults with asthma used the app or received usual care. Researchers measured changes in asthma-related quality of life and healthcare use over 6 to 12 months.
