Summary

This study tests a new inhaler medicine called QMF149 (a combination of indacaterol and mometasone) against a standard asthma treatment (budesonide) in children aged 6 to 12 with asthma. The goal is to see if the new combination works better to improve lung function and control asthma symptoms. About 200 children will take each medicine for 12 weeks in a crossover design, with regular check-ups.
