Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral medication called TR4 in people with mild-to-moderate asthma. The main goal was to check if the drug was safe and how it affected the airways. Twelve participants received either the drug or a placebo in gradually increasing doses over several weeks while researchers monitored their breathing and health.
