First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This study tests a new inhaler containing three medicines (QVM149) against a standard two-medicine inhaler in 304 teenagers aged 12 to 17 with asthma. The goal is to see if the triple combination improves lung function and symptom control over 52 weeks. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two inhalers, and neither they nor their doctors will know which one they receive.
