Summary
This study is testing a training and support program for doctors and nurses at community health centers. The goal is to help them better use a specific, guideline-recommended asthma treatment plan called SMART. Researchers want to see if this program helps clinics adopt this treatment more often and if it leads to fewer severe asthma attacks for their patients.
