This study tests whether a smartphone app can make asthma easier to manage for 370 teens and young adults aged 12 to 21. The app provides a digital version of an asthma action plan. The main goal is to see if using the app helps improve asthma control scores within 3 months. Participants must have poorly controlled asthma and a compatible smartphone.
