Summary
This study looks at whether a simple assessment of thinking, memory, and daily activities can help doctors predict serious side effects from chemotherapy in older patients with cancer. Over 1,000 adults aged 65 and older will complete the assessment before starting a new chemo regimen. The goal is to improve treatment planning and reduce hospitalizations and dose changes.
