Summary
This study tests whether taking aspirin after delivery can prevent heart damage in women who had preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy condition. Researchers will measure heart function and blood markers in 180 women over 6 months. If successful, aspirin could offer a simple, low-cost way to protect long-term heart health.
