Summary

This study observes 100 patients having elective brain surgery to clip an aneurysm. Some take daily aspirin, some don't. Researchers track bleeding during surgery, blood changes, and CT scans afterward to understand the risks. The goal is to help doctors decide whether to stop or continue aspirin before surgery.
