Summary
This pilot study will test whether it is possible to run a larger trial comparing low-dose aspirin to no aspirin in people who have early signs of coronary artery disease but no symptoms. The study will enroll 48 participants and focus on how many people can be recruited and how many agree to take part. The goal is to see if aspirin can help control the disease and prevent it from getting worse.
