Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to prevent stomach ulcers caused by low-dose aspirin in people infected with H. pylori bacteria who had no prior ulcer history. It planned to compare H. pylori treatment, a stomach acid-reducing drug, and a placebo. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
