Common aspirin may block cancer in High-Risk women

Summary

This study is testing whether daily low-dose aspirin can help prevent ovarian cancer in women who carry high-risk BRCA gene mutations. Participants are women already scheduled for preventive ovary removal surgery. They take either aspirin or a placebo pill daily for up to two years before their surgery to see if aspirin reduces early cancer signs.
