Can a baby aspirin save a new Mom's heart?

Summary
This study is testing if a daily low-dose aspirin pill can help prevent heart damage in women who recently had preeclampsia, a serious pregnancy complication. Researchers will check a specific blood marker (Activin A) to identify women at higher risk and then give them either aspirin or a placebo pill for six months after delivery. The main goal is to see if aspirin improves the heart's pumping strength and lowers the risk marker compared to the placebo.
