NCT ID NCT02647099
Summary
This study is testing whether a daily low-dose aspirin pill can help prevent colorectal cancer from returning after surgery. It focuses on patients whose tumors have specific genetic changes in the PI3K pathway. Participants take either aspirin or a placebo pill daily for three years while researchers track if and when the cancer comes back.
