Summary
This large study aims to settle a common medical dilemma: whether heart patients should continue or stop their daily aspirin before a colonoscopy. Researchers will compare two groups of over 2,500 patients to see which approach leads to fewer heart problems or serious bleeding events. The results will help doctors give clearer, safer advice for this routine procedure.
