Summary

This study is testing different doses of aspirin to see which one best reduces inflammation in people with COPD. The goal is to find the right dose that could improve breathing and reduce flare-ups. The study involves 48 former smokers with COPD and will measure blood and urine markers of inflammation. Results will help design a larger trial to see if aspirin can improve daily symptoms.
