Summary
This study aims to understand if continuing daily low-dose aspirin before elective brain aneurysm surgery increases bleeding risks. Researchers will observe 100 patients—some on aspirin and some not—across multiple hospitals, tracking bleeding during surgery and on scans afterward. The goal is to gather evidence to help surgeons make safer medication decisions before this delicate operation.
