Summary

This study aims to understand if continuing daily low-dose aspirin before elective brain aneurysm clipping surgery increases the risk of bleeding. Researchers will observe 100 patients at hospitals in the U.S., Russia, and Italy, comparing those who take aspirin to those who don't. The goal is to collect safety data to help doctors make better decisions about managing aspirin before this type of operation.
