Doctors probe dangerous side effect in Kids' cancer treatment

Summary

This study aims to learn how often and in which children a leukemia drug causes a dangerous buildup of ammonia in the blood. Researchers will observe 10 pediatric patients receiving the drug Rylaze®. They will track who develops this condition by checking blood ammonia levels multiple times during treatment.
