Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called ASP3082 in people with advanced lung or pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12D. The trial aims to see how well the drug works to control the cancer and to understand how the cancer might become resistant to it. About 60 participants will receive weekly intravenous infusions of ASP3082 until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
