New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: targeted drug enters Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ASP3082 in people with advanced lung or pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic change (KRAS G12D). About 60 participants will receive the drug intravenously once a week. The goal is to see if the drug shrinks tumors and to understand why some cancers stop responding over time.
