New drug targets tough cancers with KRAS G12D mutation

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ASP3082 in 60 people with advanced lung or pancreatic cancer that has a specific gene change (KRAS G12D). Participants receive the drug intravenously once a week in 21-day cycles. The main goal is to see how well the drug shrinks tumors and to understand why some cancers stop responding.
