Summary

This early-phase trial tests a new drug called ASP2138, which helps the immune system attack cancer cells that have a specific marker (CLDN18.2). It is for people with advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction (GEJ), or pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread. The study will test ASP2138 alone or with standard cancer treatments to find safe doses and check for side effects.
