Summary

This study followed 200 adults for a full year to see if taking a specific ashwagandha supplement (KSM-66) is safe for long-term use. Researchers also checked if it helped improve participants' quality of life and sense of well-being. Participants took the supplement twice daily and had regular check-ins, including blood tests and surveys.
