Summary
This study is testing if a drug called asciminib is safe and can help prevent a serious type of leukemia from returning in adults. It's for people who are in remission after receiving either a stem cell transplant or CAR T-cell therapy. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if taking asciminib helps keep the cancer away longer.
