NCT ID NCT07597343

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether telling people with hip pain exactly when to do their exercises helps them stick with the routine. Sixty adults with Greater Trochanteric Pain Syndrome will be split into three groups, each getting different timing guidance. Participants follow their prescribed hip exercises, fill out a short daily survey for 28 days, and complete online questionnaires over three months. The goal is to see if this simple timing approach is easy to use and helps reduce hip pain.
