Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new drug called ARV-471, both alone and combined with an existing cancer drug (palbociclib), for people with advanced breast cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy and chemotherapy. The study aims to find safe doses and see if the treatment can shrink or control tumors in 217 participants who have already tried multiple other treatments. Researchers will carefully monitor side effects and how the body processes the drugs.
