New device aims to seal brain aneurysms without open surgery

Summary
This study tests a device called Artisse™ that is placed inside a brain aneurysm to block blood flow and prevent rupture. About 300 people with wide-neck aneurysms (either unruptured or recently ruptured) will receive the device. The goal is to see if it safely seals the aneurysm and reduces the need for repeat treatments.
