Summary
This study aims to find out if consuming the artificial sweeteners sucralose or aspartame affects blood sugar control in older adults who have prediabetes. Researchers will provide all meals for 8 weeks to 30 participants and closely monitor their blood sugar levels and inflammation markers. The goal is to gather clearer evidence to help inform dietary guidelines for diabetes prevention.
