This trial explores whether exposure to artificial light that mimics natural sunlight can improve brain activity, heart rate regulation, and movement in people who have had a stroke. Thirty chronic stroke survivors will undergo light sessions while their brain waves and heart rhythms are recorded, and they will complete walking, balance, and thinking tests before and after.
