Summary

This study tests a combination of two blood-filtering treatments (DPMAS and plasma exchange) in 25 adults with acute liver failure. The goal is to see if this artificial liver support system helps patients survive without needing a liver transplant. Participants are already on a transplant list or not eligible for transplant but not in palliative care.
