New finger implant aims to fuse arthritic joints and stop pain

Summary

This study is checking how well and how safely a small implant called KeriFuse® works for people with arthritis in their finger joints. It involves 97 adults who are having surgery to permanently fuse a painful arthritic joint. The main goal is to see if the implant successfully fuses the joint and reduces pain to a low level three months after surgery.
