New shot vs. IV drip: which arthritis treatment works better?

Summary

This study is testing if giving the arthritis drug bimekizumab through an IV (into a vein) works as well as the standard injection under the skin. It will involve about 392 adults with active psoriatic arthritis or axial spondyloarthritis. The main goal is to see if the drug levels in the blood are similar with both methods and to check for side effects.
