NCT ID NCT06872112

Summary

This early-stage study is testing whether a daily pill of artesunate, a drug used for malaria, is safe for people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It will involve about 15 adults with PAH who are already on standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose by slowly increasing the amount given and watching for side effects over 20 weeks.
