Summary

This study tested an oral medication called ART0380 for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have specific weaknesses in their DNA repair system. It aimed to see if the drug could shrink tumors and was safe. The trial was designed for 36 participants, including those with recurrent endometrial cancer and other solid tumors, but was terminated early.
