Can painting and drawing mend minds after a stroke?
NCT ID NCT06395857
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week visual arts program could help people recovering from a stroke at home feel more confident and less distressed. Researchers randomly assigned 32 Chinese stroke survivors to either try the art classes or continue with their usual care. The goal was to see if this type of program is practical and acceptable, and to check for early signs that it might improve mental and social well-being.
