Can painting and drawing heal the mind after a stroke?
NCT ID NCT05806658
Summary
This study tested whether a 4-week art program could improve the mental and social well-being of people recovering from a stroke at home. Researchers compared 144 stroke survivors who either participated in the art sessions or received their usual care. The goal was to see if the structured art activities could boost confidence, reduce distress, and help people reconnect socially.
