Can painting and clay work ease ICU Nurses' fear of death?
NCT ID NCT07462936
Summary
This study tested whether art therapy could help intensive care unit nurses cope with anxiety about death. 66 nurses were randomly assigned to either participate in six weekly art therapy sessions or receive no special program. Researchers measured anxiety levels before and after to see if creative activities like drawing and collage reduced nurses' distress from working with dying patients.
