Summary
This study tested whether a creative activity called mandala art therapy could improve mental well-being and feelings of social support in elderly people. Researchers worked with 35 participants aged 60 and over who were randomly assigned to either try the art therapy or not. The goal was to see if this group-based creative activity could help reduce feelings of loneliness and improve overall psychological health.
