Art therapy vs. mandala drawing: which eases chemo anxiety best?

Summary
This study compares two relaxing activities—art therapy and mandala drawing—to see which one better reduces anxiety in people receiving chemotherapy. Sixty adults currently on chemo will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups. Their anxiety levels will be measured before and after the activity to find out which approach works best.
