Summary
This study aims to find better ways to measure kidney disease progression in people with Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD), a serious genetic condition. Researchers will use special MRI scans to track changes in kidney health over three years in 45 patients and compare them to 15 healthy volunteers. The goal is to develop reliable imaging tools that could be used in future clinical trials to test new treatments.
