Summary
This study aims to develop better MRI scans to track the progression of Autosomal Recessive Polycystic Kidney Disease (ARPKD), a serious genetic disorder. Researchers will enroll 45 ARPKD patients and 15 healthy volunteers to test new MRI techniques over several years. The goal is to create reliable measurement tools that could be used in future treatment trials for this condition.
