Scents and sounds to soothe brain scan stress
NCT ID NCT06425237
Summary
This study is testing whether simple, non-drug techniques like aromatherapy (using scents) and music therapy can help reduce stress, anxiety, and pain for patients getting a cerebral arteriography, a type of brain scan. Researchers will measure patients' stress levels, blood pressure, and pain during the procedure. The goal is to see if these relaxing methods can make the experience easier and improve patient comfort.
