First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether breathing in lavender and lemongrass essential oils can lower pain and anxiety during active labor. Researchers will measure pain and anxiety levels to see if aromatherapy offers a natural way to feel better during childbirth.
