Summary
This study is testing whether special blends of essential oils, like lavender and orange, can help people with dementia. It aims to reduce the evening agitation known as 'sundowning' and improve sleep quality. Researchers are comparing two different oil formulas given to 35 participants in care facilities to see which works better as a simple, drug-free approach.
