Summary

This early-stage study tested a new drug called ARO-APOC3 to see if it is safe for people. It involved 112 healthy adults and patients with very high levels of blood fats (triglycerides), including a rare genetic condition. The main goal was to check for side effects and see how the drug behaves in the body.
