Summary

This study tested an experimental drug called ARO-ANG3 in 204 adults with mixed dyslipidemia, a condition with high levels of fats like triglycerides and cholesterol in the blood. Participants received injections of the drug or a placebo to see if it safely lowers these fats. The goal is to better control the condition, not cure it, as ongoing management is needed.
